Bertha’s moult

She’s already looking a little better, but I suspect not yet feeling so …

See how hunched up she is :( but you can already see the colour of her new feathers … she looked much more grey only yesterday.

She’s still in the mix, but quickly scuttles away when challenged. Moulting is tough on a hen.
